We help clients define the service problem, users, workflow, data environment, digital maturity and governance model before delivery starts. Our model runs in five phases that can be commissioned together or separately, starting with discovery.

One supplier per tender. We raise conflicts early, manage them in writing and do not provide supplier-side support on procurements we have shaped client-side.
